STEP 1- Start showing your face, yes this does feel unusual at the start and you may be worried about what others think but when you get out this mindset and start to realise the people you are worried about won’t pay your bills or change your life you start to show up because you are in control.

Start talking to your lash clients, answering questions, doing voiceovers on videos, building a strong personal brand etc)

STEP 2 - Showcase your knowledge and experience as the incredible lash tech you are. It doesn’t matter if you have just qualified or you’ve been a lash tech for years, you have knowledge that a lash client doesn’t so start sharing your tips, tricks and hacks that will be helpful to your lash clients new and existing.

STEP 3 - Be welcoming online, show around your lash room so that your potential clients can feel comfortable booking in with you as they feel like they already know what to expect.

STEP 4 - Stay consistent don’t show up one week and not the next as this won’t build trust, clients won’t know if you are coming or going. Show up everyday even when you don’t feel like it, clients will trust you as this is just the reality!
